New values and brand essence was arrived at after interactions with the top management, the key employees, Suppliers, competitors and the pharmaceutical trade using Elephants proprietary tool Root To Fruit.
Result
The corporate identity was initially launched to its internal stakeholders and the employees and has evoked a new sense of pride and enthusiasm within the employees. A uniform look and feel of the organisation has been achieved through standardization of packaging designs across categories, Offices across locations, uniforms, signage etc.
