Nikhil Phadke

With a master’s degree in Design from Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), Atlanta USA, Nikhil has a decade of enriched experience in the creative field.
Nikhil has worked on fully integrated advertising campaigns, TV spots, and various other design collaterals during his tenure with Cartoon Network, Atlanta, and a leading communication agency in Mumbai.
After joining Elephant Design 10 years ago, Nikhil has had the opportunity to lead a team of designers in the challenging Communication Design vertical. He & his team have worked with some of the leading global and national brands like PepsiCo, Britannia, Future Group, Reliance Group etc. Some of the recent work from his highly awarded team includes ISL, Azorte, Campa and more.
Nikhil has been a jury at the Pune Design Festival Awards by Association of Designers of India. He also visits MIT Institute of Designand School of Fashion Technology as guest speaker, academic jury member.
With a wonderful blend of curiosity, experience, and passion, Nikhil incubates his ideas to produce exciting and appealing content that further fuels his dedication towards his work. Working at Elephant, Nikhil has significantly contributed in projects ranging from packaging, branding, to building and enhancing user interfaces, websites, and contributed to environmental graphic design as well. With each opportunity, Nikhil keeps his mind open to stimulate new learnings in design & strategy.
In his free time, Nikhil hikes with the company of his dog, Doodle, and loves exploring the mountain sides (Western Ghats) on his motorbike.
