Yugandhara pursued her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Pune University. She has over ten years of experience in branding, design & communication.
Yugandhara began her career as a designer in advertising field and worked on various campaigns and branding projects for food service, real estate, and IT companies.
Having been a part of Elephant for over 10 years, Yugandhara has contributed to building a credible national & international portfolio in the communication design vertical. She began leading a team since 2018 and has been associated with big & award-winning brands like Paper Boat, MTR, Tata Sampann, Future group, Reliance, Britannia, Flipkart, Amazon, Organic India, etc.
Curiosity and simplicity are two aspects that best describe Yugandhara. Her openness to absorb newer ideas, inquisitiveness to explore newer horizons, and simplistic expressions in design narratives, are a few things that set her apart. Yugandhara loves studying human behaviour and implementing it in her work. Her core strength happens to be working on building design strategies and creating an extensive portfolio-architecture for brands. Her contribution to various website & UI design as well as graphics for environment & product design projects, shows her drive to push her boundaries.
In 2023, Yugandhara was recognised as "Designer Of The Year" at the "Women to Watch" awards by PrinteWeek publications.
She has served as a jury on the PrintWeek Print Awards.
In her free time, Yugandhara loves to play with her dog Shiny and binge-watch sitcoms. Being a black belt in Taekwondo, she loves trying newer sports to stay active. Her genuine love for food takes her to newer fine-dine places and cafes across the city.
