Firefox retail experience design
The pandemic was a potent catalyst for people to take to bicycling as a way to both: commute and keep fit. Recognizing this rise in potential users, Firefox Bikes Pvt. Ltd. gave us key inputs and helped us redesign their stores to provide a differentiated retail experience. From the fascia to the service area, each dynamic element heightens brand recall and enhances the promise of rugged adventure, instilling a sense of pride and exclusivity in each customer that owns a Firefox bike.
